- Analyze Takeaway's operational technology platform in all its monitoring and log on abnormalities before they evolve into customer-facing problems
- Act as the first-line contact for Customer Service in answering and addressing system abnormalities
- Assess, filter and escalate problems to the second-line SysOps Engineers and circle back to the Customer Service employee concerned!
- Eager to learn how Europe's biggest food delivery technology platform operates in all its technical dimensions
- High energy, service-oriented mindset, strong analytical and communications skills
- Acting pro-active, decisive, assertive and stress resistant
- Preferably higher IT Education on HBO or Academic level or enrolment
- Good English and Dutch skill both spoken and written
- Proficient with IT office system like Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Expertise with workflow / issue-tracking systems like Jira, Zabbix, Grafana is a plus
- Working experience as a call center agent in our call-center is a plus
