Functie omschrijving

In this function you will support the preparation & administration of proposals – mainly for our Integrity business line - including the follow up in the system. You will work closely together with other departments.                


Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining proposal & contract specific information in our records;
  • Systematic entering of proposed services and the associated price information in the systems.
  • Assist Project Managers with keeping track of their project budgets.
  • Providing follow-up lists for the sales force for pending proposals.

  • Medium professional education (MBO) and/or working experience equivalent;
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Good communication and creativity skills
  • Structured and serious attitude towards numbers is mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Ability to handle paperwork and performing day-to-day administrative tasks
